Audio player with Metadata track (type = text)

Time-synced metadata is provided in a WebVTT file with kind="metadata". A data-meta-type attribute has value "text", which is one of two types of supported metadata tracks (the other is "selector"). With "text" as the metadata type, the text contained in the WebVTT file is displayed in an external container at the designated times during playback. The ID of the external container is provided in a data-meta-div attribute.
